- General editorial observations – suggestions, praise, or thoughtful critiques of our presentation or selection.
What to Include in Your Message
To help us address your report quickly and accurately, please include as many of the following details as are relevant:
- The exact URL (web address) of the page where you noticed the issue.
- The full title of the ebook.
- The file format you tried to use (EPUB, PDF, Kindle, plain text, etc.).
- The device or browser you were using (e.g., iPad with Safari, Kindle Paperwhite, Firefox on Windows).
- A clear description of the observed problem: what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- If your message concerns copyright or rights, any supporting information you can share (such as the jurisdiction, your relationship to the work, or a link to a relevant rights registry).
